A number of specially designed ancillary devices, such as bed-head call units allow the 3000 StaffPoint system to be used for Nurse Call applications.

The system provides all the facilities you would expect from traditional hardwired systems but with the flexibility and ease of installation of a wireless environment.

Integrated Solutions:

3000 StaffPoint can combine its staff location and protection facilities with the Nurse Call system to provide a totally integrated wireless solution. Alarm and location information can be monitored from both systems on the same controllers and pagers. Combined Nurse Call room units and radio/optical interface nodes, sharing controllers and pagers and eliminating cable means 3000 StaffPoint can provide significant cost savings compared to installing two separate hardwired systems.
